The 2026 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) is scheduled to take place from September 9 to 13 at Shougang Park in Beijing. At this year's CIFTIS, highlighting the theme "Service of Zhejiang, Serve the World," the province has brought together over 50 premium enterprises to exhibit across a 250-square-meter pavilion; the exhibits span multiple highly competitive sectors - including artificial intelligence, financial services, cultural and audiovisual services, business services, traditional Chinese medicine, and international transportation - comprehensively showcasing the province's latest achievements in service trade innovation and global expansion. Additionally, Zhejiang is debuting a special event titled "The Future is Now: Zhejiang XR Extreme Challenge," utilizing immersive XR experiences to vividly demonstrate the captivating integration of cutting-edge digital technologies with modern service industries.

This year, the Zhejiang Pavilion is dedicated to showcasing the new technologies, services, and intelligent manufacturing that embody the vision of "Zhejiang Services: The Future is Now." Rooted in the province's drive for high-quality service trade development, the pavilion offers a panoramic view to explore new industry opportunities, with a special focus on three core strengths in artificial intelligence:

First is a focus on spatio-temporal intelligence to empower urban development. Zhejiang's spatial intelligence industry has secured a leading position by leveraging top-tier research platforms. Notably, the Moganshan Laboratory is home to China's only national-level AI pilot-scale facility for spatio-temporal geographic information; powered by the "Xuanyan" spatial foundation model, it provides essential technical support for territorial governance and the digital transformation of smart cities.

Second is advancing embodied intelligence to expand application scenarios. In the embodied AI sector, Zhejiang has achieved comprehensive breakthroughs in critical technologies; the Westlake 01 humanoid robot features a dual-layer intelligent architecture, and its GAE (General Action Expert) avatar system boasts three core advantages - low-latency teleoperation, programming-free generalization, and cross-device compatibility - effectively breaking industry bottlenecks to enable generalized applications across diverse scenarios.

Third is unlocking low-altitude intelligence to fortify safety defenses. Zhejiang's low-altitude intelligence technology firmly ranks in the top global tier. The embodied AI technology for low-altitude flight pioneered by Zhong Sun Technology enables functions such as intelligent drone control and reality modeling, constructing a secure and efficient low-altitude service system.

Beyond core intelligent technologies, the Zhejiang Pavilion is also establishing a signature "One Vertical, One Horizontal" benchmark for trade in services.

Vertically, the province is deepening its engagement in cross-border finance to safeguard enterprises as they expand overseas; for instance, PingPong Intelligent Technology offers one-stop payment solutions for the aviation and travel industry, while Yibao Network Technology has built an AI agent platform for international trade.

Horizontally, it is bolstering cultural exports by introducing intangible cultural heritage products to the world - such as Hangzhou silk, Yue-ware celadon, Xianju lanterns, and TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) cultural and creative items - while also exporting diverse Chinese-style IPs, including short and long-form dramas, thereby facilitating the global spread of outstanding Chinese culture.

At this year's CIFTIS, cities across Zhejiang, such as Ningbo, are synergizing their complementary strengths to showcase a new landscape of service trade development characterized by cutting-edge technologies, diversified services, and a highly open stance. Embodying the vision that "The Future is Now," Zhejiang Services will continue to use innovation as its engine, accelerating the province's transition into a new era of globalized, premium, and intelligent development.
